These Terms of Service govern your use of chinacareatlas.com and the related China Care Atlas content, planning tools, and account features. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
China Care Atlas is built for research and planning. It helps users compare public information before they contact hospitals, agencies, or service providers. It is not a hospital, clinic, physician group, insurer, emergency service, or treatment provider.
The site may show treatment cost ranges, hospital and city comparisons, planning guides, trip estimates, workflow explanations, and links to public sources or third-party services. The purpose is to help users make better early-stage decisions: whether care in China is worth exploring, which city may be easier, what the likely budget frame looks like, and what still needs to be confirmed before booking.
That is useful, but it has obvious limits. A planning estimate is not a hospital quote. A hospital name on the site does not mean the case has been accepted. A suggested city does not mean it is automatically the right route for every patient.
China Care Atlas does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, emergency guidance, or clinical decision-making. Information on the site should not be used as a substitute for a licensed clinician or for direct confirmation from a hospital.
If you are dealing with urgent symptoms, medication decisions, surgery decisions, severe deterioration, or any emergency situation, you should seek immediate medical care from an appropriate provider rather than rely on this site.
Much of the site is designed to help with planning rather than with final decision-making. That means cost ranges, route suggestions, travel assumptions, and timeline estimates may reflect public price references, product assumptions, user selections, exchange rates, and planning logic.
Final costs can change because of case complexity, department fit, hospital choice, imaging, medication, implants, admission needs, room type, follow-up care, or direct hospital review. Before booking flights, paying deposits, or committing to a treatment route, you should confirm the relevant details with the hospital or provider directly.
We try to make the site useful and reasonably accurate, but we do not guarantee that any page is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your exact situation. We do not guarantee hospital acceptance, appointment availability, doctor availability, final pricing, treatment suitability, wait times, insurance reimbursement, travel eligibility, or medical outcomes.
Hospital policies, prices, departments, and booking routes can change without notice. A planning site can reduce confusion, but it cannot remove uncertainty entirely.

If you create an account or submit information through the site, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Because this is a planning platform rather than a treatment provider, you should not upload detailed medical records, scans, passport files, insurance documents, or other highly sensitive materials unless a specific product flow clearly asks for them.
The site design, software, written content, structure, branding, and related materials belong to China Care Atlas or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may use the site for personal research and planning. You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit protected site content without permission.
Hospital names, logos, trademarks, and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
China Care Atlas may introduce paid planning tools, premium support, or other commercial services in the future. If that happens, the price, scope, and payment terms will be shown in the relevant product flow. Unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise, completed digital planning services may be non-refundable.

This includes losses related to treatment decisions, hospital outcomes, travel costs, payment problems, reliance on planning information, service interruption, data loss, or lost opportunity.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
